Helaas kan het ondanks onze inzet gebeuren dat u niet tevreden bent. Als u ergens niet tevreden over bent, laat het ons alstublieft weten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-background-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"color:#be93ce\">Wij hopen in eerste instantie tot een oplossing te komen door hierover in gesprek te gaan met u. Wij nemen iedere klacht serieus en zullen ons best doen om dit samen met u op te lossen. Meestal helpt het om erover te praten en samen te bedenken hoe dit anders kan\/had gekund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-90518c9d4627d51e1197f1effb798067\" style=\"color:#be93ce\">Als we er samen niet uit komen, dan kunt u naar&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.klachtenregeling.nl\/\">www.klachtenregeling.nl<\/a>&nbsp;om daar gebruik te maken van een klachtenfunctionaris. Een klachtenfunctionaris zal eerst proberen om met beide partijen in gesprek te gaan en tot een oplossing te komen. Als dit niet lukt dan neemt hij of zij de klacht in behandeling. Binnen twee weken wordt er een datum geprikt waarop de klacht wordt behandeld, dit kan middels een persoonlijk gesprek of een schriftelijke toelichting. Binnen 6 weken stuur je dan een schriftelijke mededeling naar je cli\u00ebnt over de afhandeling van de klacht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-f6adb5b3817ed9657b4645da5655b109\" style=\"color:#be93ce\">Als dit nog steeds niet tot een oplossing leidt dan kunt u in beroep gaan bij een geschillencommissie. De geschillencommissie volgt bij de behandeling haar eigen regeling.
